Monthly Review Newsletter
Monthly Review is the Federal Public Defender for the District of Puerto Rico's newsletter. It is prepared by the Appeals Section of the office and provides case summaries of the most relevant Supreme Court and First Circuit criminal law decisions in an attempt to keep the criminal bar appraised of the most recent developments in the law. Articles of interest and announcements of upcomming CLE programs are also featured.
